Whether you want to drop in and see what you can help with or talk about volunteering on the regular, we're happy to have you!
Due to COVID-19 we are limiting the number of people in the shelter. However, we are still in need of and can accommodate more volunteers.
To protect both you and those at the shelter we ask that everyone wear a mask when in the buildings and social distance when you can. If you have any questions, please contact us below.
VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES
DOG WALKER
Become a dog walker! Help us make sure our dogs are getting the exercise, socialization, and behavioral training they need! By keeping to certain paths and rewarding certain behaviors, you'll help our dogs learn manners—and you'll get to spend time with lovable pups!
CAT VOLUNTEER
Become a cat volunteer! Help us make sure our cats are getting the socialization they need while helping us keep their environment as clean as possible! Not only will you fall in love with our cats and kittens, but you'll learn a lot about their behavior and needs as well!
DOG VOLUNTEER
Become a dog volunteer! This is a bit different than a dog walker, because you get to spend more time with our animals and inside our shelter. Not only will you help walk our dogs, but you'll also help keep them healthy and happy by cleaning their spaces.
EVENT VOLUNTEER
Due to COVID-19 precautions the type of events we're safely able to do are limited. If you're interested in helping with some of our remote fundraisers, please contact us below.

Our shelter puts on many events ranging from craft fairs, to Hogs for Dogs, and much much more! For more information on how you can help, please contact us to see what's coming up!
GIRL/BOY SCOUTS
Due to COVID-19 precautions the number of volunteers at the shelter has been limited. When it is safe and realistic to bring groups back to the shelter we will do so.
Is your troop looking to help support their community? Look no further! In the past troops have collected donations, helped decorate and maintain our garden, and even walked our dogs. If your troop is interested in anything mentioned above, or supporting us in a different way, then please contact us below.
GROUP VOLUNTEERS
Due to COVID-19 precautions the number of volunteers at the shelter has been limited. When it is safe and realistic to bring groups back to the shelter we will do so.
Want to bring a group to the shelter? We'll keep any office bonding party, family, or group of friends busy with work and cute animals!
